Job Title: Account Manager

We are a specialist Creative Placemaking agency, powered by over 16 years’ worth of award winning event production experience with our sister agency, We Are The Fair. We Are Placemaking are experts in Creative Placemaking, working alongside public & private sector organisations within the property, retail and public realm, animating spaces through live experiences. The agency deliver world class experiences for customers and communities, supporting our clients from the initial planning stages through to feasibility, event concepts and programming to Creative Production, Production and measurement.

We Are Placemaking are looking for an Account Manager to join the team in January 2019. The role will be a cross between Account Management and a Production Manager role on site.

A brief overview of the skills and experience required:

Strong organisational skills

Excellent timekeeping

Experience of producing and delivering live outdoor events
Experience or interest in the Property Industry in terms of Events & Placemaking.
Knowledge of Placemaking and cultural events.
Ability to write Risk Assessments and ESMP’s
Ability to handle on-going supplier liaison on behalf of We Are Placemaking
Managing budgets for client projects
Invoicing
Confident in working with specs for site items
Confidence in procurement process for site items
Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of CAD
